Job summary
Veritaz AB, a leading IT staffing solutions provider based in Sweden, seeks a Business Analyst to capture and translate business requirements, map processes, and create Epics/Features/User Stories. You will collaborate with Product Owners and developers, facilitate workshops, and drive AI-assisted development practices to shorten lead times.
You will work with stakeholders across business and tech teams, ensuring clear, aligned requirements and effective backlog prioritization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with working with business stakeholders, Product Owners and developers
- Strong requirements management experience
- Experience conducting workshops
- Experience with process mapping
- Experience with Jira or similar tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions
- Experience with AI in software development
- Ability to inspire AI-assisted ways of working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structured and self-driven working style
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Capture and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements
- Break down requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories
- Support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization
- Facilitate backlog refinement
- Ensure requirements are clear, aligned and ready for development
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders
- Perform process mapping and analysis
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams
- Communicate requirements and solutions to both business and technical audiences
- Contribute to AI-assisted development practices
- Help improve development processes and ways of working
- Support increased delivery capacity and shorter lead times
