Job summary

VELUX Group is seeking a Global CRM Program Lead to drive our worldwide CRM transformation from strategy to adoption. You will bridge business aims with technology delivery and govern a multi-market rollout with senior stakeholders.

You will define the programme strategy, manage budgets and risks, oversee implementation partners, and ensure value realisation across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, reporting to the VP Sales Enablement & Strategic Pricing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent
• Proven track record leading large-scale CRM/enterprise transformations
• Experience in multi-market/global programmes
• Strong understanding of commercial processes linked to CRM
• Experience managing budgets and business cases

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall CRM programme strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery approach.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and value realisation across all markets.
• Lead executive stakeholder management, steering committees, and programme decision-making.
• Manage programme scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
• Oversee implementation partners and ensure high-quality delivery of CRM solutions, integrations, and data migration activities.
• Drive global rollout planning, market readiness, adoption, and change management activities.
• Build strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and IT functions.
