Job summary

NOV is seeking a Documentation Assistant to support the Subsea Production Systems unit in Denmark. The role focuses on internal documentation (As-Built) and creating documentation for customers (MDB).

You will assemble, manage, and finalize documentation packages for manufacturing and customer delivery, with potential direct interaction with customer representatives. This is a one-year fixed-term contract with possible extension depending on project activity and workload.

Qualifications

• Experience with internal documentation and As-Built documentation is a plus.
• Experience in preparing Manufacturing Data Books (MDB) or equivalent documentation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation packages for use during manufacturing and assembly.
• Collect and manage completed documentation.
• Finalize packages for customer delivery.
• Interact with customers or their representatives as needed.
