Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Document Controller for our Danish project team. You will manage distribution, version control, and quality assurance of all project documents, working with design, engineering and site teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.

You will also implement change control within the CDE, host user training on document tools, and support ISM in enforcing DPD procedures. A collaborative, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of ISO 19650, BS 1192, and PAS 1192 standards.
• Advanced user of VFP, FV, or similar CDE / DFT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control project documentation, ensuring version control and traceability.
• Configure change control processes within the CDE and maintain distribution matrices.
• Attend project meetings to discuss documentation and IM matters with design, engineering and site teams.
• Assist in developing file naming protocols and workflows under ISM guidance.
