Job summary

NOV is seeking a Documentation Assistant to support the Subsea Production Systems unit in Denmark. The role focuses on internal documentation (As-Built) and creating documentation for customers (MDB).

You will assemble, manage, and finalize documentation packages for manufacturing and customer delivery, with potential direct interaction with customer representatives. This is a one-year fixed-term contract with possible extension depending on project activity and workload.

Qualifications

• Experience with internal documentation and As-Built documentation is a plus.
• Experience in preparing Manufacturing Data Books (MDB) or equivalent documentation is desirable.

About the Role

As a Documentation Assistant at NOV SPS, you will be part of a team that primarily works with internal documentation (As-Built) as well as the preparation of documentation to be delivered to customers (Manufacturing Data Books – MDB).

You will support production units by preparing documentation packages for use during manufacturing and assembly, collecting and managing completed documentation, and finalizing packages for customer delivery. This role may involve direct interaction with customers and their representatives.

This is a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension depending on the level of project activity and workload.
