Job summary

BioLib Technologies ApS in Denmark seeks a Director of Scientific Solutions to find, shape and close engagements that grow BioLib. You will identify opportunities in biotech and pharma, scope and structure them, and build long-term relationships.

You will personally drive opportunities from first conversation through to closed engagements. This is a hands-on, Director-level IC role with significant ownership and autonomy, working with the CEO on commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Scientific or technical depth to understand complex customer problems in biotech/pharma.
• Experience in consulting or other technical customer-facing roles.
• Ability to turn unclear problems into concrete solutions and communicate with executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Find and close engagements across biotech and pharma.
• Turn customer needs into well-scoped engagements deliverable by BioLib.
• Own pricing and negotiations with CEO oversight.
• Build long-term trusted relationships with scientific and executive stakeholders.
