Job summary

Enduro Genetics, a Copenhagen-based synthetic biology company, is seeking a results-driven business development professional to lead market mapping, prospecting and lead qualification across biopharma, CDMOs and bioindustrial companies.

You will identify decision-makers, start conversations, assess technical and commercial fit, and coordinate proposals with the client delivery team, while representing Enduro at conferences and events.

Qualifications

• Scientific background in biotechnology or closely related field; MSc/PhD preferred.
• 3–5 years in BD or technical sales in biotech/biomanufacturing.
• Experience selling, qualifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
• Fluent English; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map applications, target companies and decision-makers to prioritize prospecting.
• Run outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads.
• Conduct initial discovery and pitch meetings to define customer needs and fit.
• Represent Enduro at conferences and events and follow up with contacts.
• Develop tailored pitch decks, case studies and other customer materials.
• Coordinate customer proposals with the client delivery team, including scope and timelines.
