A strong cross-functional leadership track is essential. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder mapping, and digital tool adoption, spanning Global Medical Affairs and regional affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, or a Master’s degree or above, in a relevant area.
• 7+ years in Medical Affairs and/or external scientific engagement.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience using engagement data, analytics and digital tools to guide decisions and prioritise stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive adoption of new processes and tools.

Responsabilités

• Define the overarching Strategic Scientific Relations framework for medical associations, KOLs and other scientific stakeholders.
• Drive a centralised, systematic approach across Global, Regions and Affiliates.
• Set the global strategy and framework for compliant, insight-led KOL engagement across therapy areas.
• Lead the Individual Engagement Planning process linked to association plans and congress activity.
• Develop approaches to identify and build relationships with emerging scientific leaders.
