BioLib is building a platform that turns biology into engineering, enabling faster, more predictable drug development. We seek a Director of Scientific Solutions to find, shape and close biotech and pharma engagements, building long-term customer relationships and guiding deals to completion.

This hands-on, director-level individual contributor role has active ownership from the first conversation through to a signed contract, with no ready-made playbook and a strong emphasis on delivering real

Qualifications

• Scientific or technical depth to understand complex customer problems.
• Experience in consulting or other technical customer-facing roles.
• Ability to shape solutions for biotech and pharma teams.

Responsibilities

• Create new opportunities across biotech and pharma, from first conversation to signed contract.
• Turn complex scientific and technical customer needs into well-scoped engagements that create real value and are deliverable by BioLib.
• Own pricing, commercial terms and negotiations on your deals, together with the CEO.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with scientific and executive stakeholders.
