Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Danish Wind Power Academy (dwpa) seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to enhance lead generation for a global sales organization. You will optimize digital channels, measure impact, and collaborate with sales across Europe, APAC and the Americas. A hands-on role with leadership in planning, execution and follow-up.
Join an international team with growth ambitions, working on AI, automation and cutting-edge digital tech to improve wind industry safety and competence.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to build on dwpa’s established marketing function, which already generates leads for the global sales organization.
The website, channels and marketing materials are already in place. Your role will be to improve lead quality, measure the impact of marketing activities and make existing channels even more effective.
You will report to Global Sales Director Jesper Bach and work closely with sales colleagues across Europe, APAC and North America.
This is a hands‑on role with considerable independence. You will set priorities and turn them into action, from planning and execution to follow‑up, with support from the sales and trainer teams.
You are commercially minded and like seeing your work turn into something sales can act on. You are comfortable running things yourself, but just as comfortable picking up the phone to a trainer or colleague in sales when you need input or information.
And if you see something that could be done differently or more effectively, you are not afraid to say so.
You will become part of an international workplace where professionalism, collaboration and well-being go hand in hand. You will work with colleagues from six different nationalities and collaborate across borders in a company with ambitious growth plans.
dwpa is recognized for its strong training concept, expertise and integrity within the wind industry.
Salary and employment terms will be aligned with the requirements of the position and will be negotiated individually.
The position is to be filled as soon as possible, but we are open to waiting for the right candidate.
