Eurowind Energy A/S seeks a Senior Global Technology Specialist, PV to shape PV operations across markets. You will own lifecycle strategy, set technical standards, and translate complex challenges into scalable frameworks for a multi-country portfolio.

You will lead O&M strategy development, reliability enhancements, and lifecycle decisions, with cross-functional collaboration and occasional travel across Eurowind's 16+ country portfolio. Security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in solar PV systems, including technology, performance analysis, and failure patterns.
• Experience with O&M strategy, lifecycle management (retrofit, repowering, decommissioning) and reliability engineering.
• Background in global or multi-market asset management with commercial awareness linking technical decisions to asset value.
• Structured and analytical with a systematic approach to complex technical problems.
• Ability to develop governance frameworks and communicate technical depth to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative and cross-functional, able to work across disciplines and geographies.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Global Technology Specialist, PV, to join our Global Reliability & Surveillance team within Technical Operations. You will report to Global Manager, Reliability & Surveillance, Jakob Holm Nielsen. Based in Porto or Hobro, you will set the technical direction for PV operations across Eurowind's international portfolio.

Your role

You will own PV lifecycle strategy and technical standards in a team purpose-built to set the global direction for how Eurowind operates. Working autonomously and with the trust of your manager and colleagues, you translate complex technical challenges into frameworks that work across markets.

• Developing and improving PV O&M strategies, lifecycle frameworks, and technical standards covering operation, retrofit, repowering, and decommissioning
• Drawing on performance data and failure analysis to identify reliability improvement opportunities and drive operational adjustments across the portfolio
• Leading technical evaluation and preparing decision material for lifecycle, performance, and investment cases
• Contributing PV expertise to major incident analysis and defining corrective and preventive actions
• Specifying commissioning and handover requirements, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring cross-technology alignment
• Serving as the interface between global offices, the PV competence center, and the PV O&M knowledge base

Required competencies and skills

• Background in global or multi-market asset management, with commercial awareness linking technical decisions to asset value
• Structured and analytical - systematic approach to complex technical problems
• Skilled at developing governance frameworks and communicating technical depth clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative and cross-functional - you bring people with you across disciplines and geographies
• Results-focused and open to using AI and digital tools to improve how we analyse, standardise, and scale PV operations

Please note that this role requires that you can obtain a security clearance.
