From Power BI and Power Apps to SQL and dashboards, you will translate business needs into tangible digital tools, coach colleagues, and help leaders make informed decisions while contributing to a safe, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Lean professional with digitalisation focus.
• Able to adapt quickly and collaborate across the organisation.
• Background in Engineering/Operations/Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead Lean improvement initiatives across manufacturing.
• Coach colleagues and support daily performance management.
• Develop and maintain the site's performance management framework.
• Develop digital tools to monitor area performance.
• Translate business needs into BI and Power Platform solutions.
• Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights.
