Job summary

AGC Biologics is seeking an experienced Compliance & Support Manager in SCM to lead and develop our compliance and support organization, while driving quality and performance across warehouse operations and systems.

You will oversee a three-person team, drive digital transformation including WMS and ERP integration, and ensure GxP compliance, audit readiness, and data-driven improvements across inventory visibility and warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with solid SCM, warehousing, and compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, regulatory audits and quality systems.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, digital transformation and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a three-person compliance and support team in SCM.
• Drive digital transformation including WMS, ERP integration, automation and analytics.
• Ensure inspection readiness, CAPA, Deviation, and change controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to qualify rooms, equipment, and shipments.
