Job summary

AGC Biologics A/S is seeking a Compliance & Support Manager in Supply Chain Management to lead our compliance and support team, drive quality, and enable operational excellence across warehouse operations and systems.

You will oversee GxP compliance, audits, and process optimization while guiding Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and data-driven improvements; location Søborg, onsite near Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Solid background in supply chain management and warehousing.
• Experience with GxP, regulatory audits, and quality systems.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team within compliance and support in SCM.
• Drive digital transformation across WMS, ERP integration, and automation.
• Ensure GxP compliance, inspection readiness, and audits support.
• Oversee room, equipment, and shipment qualification activities.
• Develop and implement procedures and a quality mindset using Lean principles.
• Leverage analytics and AI to improve inventory visibility and warehouse performance.
