Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) preferred.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize production processes focusing on efficiency and waste reduction.
Prioritize and execute continuous improvement projects with production teams.
Facilitate LEAN initiatives and structured problem solving.
Monitor KPIs and prepare analyses and visual reports for decision-making.
Standardize work processes and embed sustainable improvements.
Collaborate with QA, Engineering, Maintenance and other support functions.
Contribute to technical documentation and validation activities.
Support a safety- and quality-focused culture.
