Responsibilities

• Lead a production area in Downstream Microbial Manufacturing with emphasis on safety, quality and reliability.
• Translate business goals into daily execution and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Supply Chain to maintain readiness and resolve issues.
• Support audits, deviations, and regulatory inspections and develop leadership capabilities.
