Job description

Are you passionate about continuous improvement and creating lasting business impact in a manufacturing environment? Do you thrive in the intersection between LEAN methodologies, stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making?

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Lead to join our Manufacturing function as a maternity cover. In this role, you will support our manufacturing organisation by driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

You will work closely with the site Operational Excellence team, manufacturing leaders, support functions and specialists to identify improvement opportunities and develop data-driven solutions that support better decision making throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing using LEAN tools and methodologies.
  • Coach colleagues, support daily performance management and visual management.
  • Support the ongoing development of the site's performance management framework.
  • Develop and maintain digital tools to support and monitor area performance.
  • Translate business needs into practical digital solutions using Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications
You are an experienced and certified Lean professional with a strong interest in digitalisation and continuous improvement. You adapt quickly to changing environments, are curious about understanding processes and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across the organisation.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:

  • A relevant academic background within Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or similar.
  • Several years of experience working with Continuous Improvement and driving related projects.
  • Experience supporting leaders and facilitating improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards and insights using BI and low-code/automation tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Tableau or similar.
  • Understanding of database/query languages (e.g. SQL) and data structures is considered an advantage.
  • Comfortable navigating in a complex matrix organization with many different stakeholders

As a person
You are equally comfortable on the shop floor and engaging with senior leaders, with a natural ability to connect with, influence and coach others.

You are curious by nature and have a strong interest in understanding how processes work and, more importantly, how they can be improved. You have a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy turning complex challenges into practical solutions.

You are curious about the potential of data and digital tools and proactively drive improvement initiatives and change.

You work well independently and take ownership of your tasks, while also enjoying collaboration and involving different teams and stakeholders to find the best solutions.

What we can offer

  • A role where you have the opportunity to influence and drive improvements that make a real difference.
  • The opportunity to work closely with different teams and stakeholders across the organization.
  • A dynamic and collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, and you have the opportunity to take ownership of your work.
  • A strong focus on psychological safety, well-being and a healthy work-life balance.
  • Attractive employee benefits, including a canteen arrangement, bonus scheme and paid internet.
  • An active Employee Club offering a wide range of social, cultural and recreational activities.
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth within a global organization.

Please note that we are only able to consider candidates who are already based in Denmark or the Greater Malmø area, as relocation support is not available for this position.

If we identify a potential match, one of our recruiters will contact you to discuss your application. Please note that if we find the right candidate before the application deadline, we may close the job posting early.
