AGC Biologics is seeking a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Lead to join our Søborg site on a maternity cover. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing organization, collaborating with the Operational Excellence team, leaders and support functions to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Lean professional with certification and experience in continuous improvement.
• Several years of experience driving CI projects in manufacturing.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using BI and low-code tools such as Power Platform/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead CI initiatives across manufacturing using LEAN tools.
• Coach colleagues, support daily performance management and visual management.
• Develop and maintain digital tools to monitor area performance.
