The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in manufacturing with LEAN/GMP knowledge. This onsite position in Denmark emphasizes safety, collaboration, and sustainable processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, operations, technical, mechanical, or industrial engineering) required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience with production leadership and improvement.
• Experience with LEAN, GMP, and process optimization preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and optimize production processes focusing on efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with production teams.
• Facilitate LEAN initiatives and structured problem solving.
• Monitor KPIs and report analyses to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, Maintenance and other functions.
