Job summary

The LEGO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support its global digital and online retail business. You will structure, draft, negotiate and approve IT, digital and AI related contracts, policies and other digital legal documents within a cross‑functional legal team.

You will work closely with procurement and the digital arm to ensure compliant, commercially sound agreements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law or equivalent qualification.
• Negotiated IT contracts in a law firm or in-house.
• Drafted commercial, technology, licensing or digital agreements.
• Handled transactional legal work involving digitalisation, information technology or technology services.
• Applied AI compliance requirements in a legal or commercial setting.
