Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the global digital organisation and online retail business. You will structure, draft, negotiate and approve commercial and procurement contracts, policies and other digital legal documents within Legal, Compliance and Risk Management.

You will focus on information technology, digital services and artificial intelligence, ensuring compliance and practical legal guidance for commercial decisions.

Qualifications

Master's degree in law or equivalent legal qualification, preferably with business law focus.
Negotiated information technology contracts in a law firm or in-house role.
Drafted commercial, technology, licensing or digital agreements.
Handled transactional work involving IT or technology services, digitalisation.

Responsibilities

Structure, draft, negotiate and approve commercial and procurement contracts, agreements, policies and other digital legal documents.
Provide practical legal guidance for commercial and procurement decisions.
Ensure consistency across digital contracting and AI compliance.
