Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, invites an experienced Digital Enablement & Projects Manager to shape and deliver digital initiatives across Social Responsibility, Digital, IT, Data & Analytics, and enabling functions. You’ll bridge business and technical teams, lead delivery, adoption, and change, and ensure new capabilities are embedded before long-term ownership transitions.

Qualifications

• Led strategic projects or enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Delivered governance, risk, delivery planning, and benefits tracking.
• Managed digital enablement, systems implementation, or business improvement projects.
• Built project plans, system enhancements, or operational improvements from business requirements.
• Coordinated stakeholders across complex matrix organisations, including senior leaders and executive sponsors.
• Directed organisational change, implementation readiness, training, communications, and adoption activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital enablement initiatives across planning, reporting, measurement, collaboration, and stakeholder experience.
• Lead major system implementations and platform enhancements across enterprise platforms and reporting capabilities.
• Develop adoption roadmaps, implementation of roadmaps, and delivery plans that connect priorities to measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, decision-making, and organisational effectiveness.
• Sustain transitions into operational ownership with clear governance, support models, and accountability.
