Job summary

Teradyne Robotics, based in Odense, Denmark, is seeking a diligent Legal Advisor to join our expanding team. You will manage contracts, perform legal research, and support compliance across export, privacy, and governance matters.

The role requires a law degree, 2–7 years of experience, and fluent English. You will draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing legal documents, contracts, and records.
• Provide legal research and timely advice to business stakeholders and Legal staff.
• Maintain and revise contract templates, processes, governance, and internal policies.
• Handle compliance matters including export/import regulations and privacy laws.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements (distributors, sales, sourcing, technology licenses, guarantees, and related instruments).
