Job summary

LEGO Koncernen is seeking a Manager-level role focused on building scalable compliance infrastructure within our digital ecosystem in Billund. You will translate regulatory requirements into automated safeguards, enabling the product teams to deliver safe, responsible play experiences.

You will collaborate with Legal, Product Safety, QA and Engineering, mentor peers on defensive engineering, and ensure legacy systems evolve with modern, verifiable compliance patterns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience with Unity or a similar cross-platform mobile app framework.
• Practical application of SRE principles—automation, IaC, observability, and reliability engineering.
• Experience building automated compliance, safety, or quality systems across multiple products or markets.
• Ability to read and translate regulatory or legal frameworks into engineering tasks.
• Comfortable collaborating with legal, product safety, QA, and engineering teams.
• Proven ability to refactor and modernize legacy systems while preserving stability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable compliance infrastructure across our app ecosystem.
• Keep legacy Unity applications compliant with current and upcoming consumer laws.
• Translate new regulatory requirements into technical specs, roadmaps, and automated enforcement.
• Collaborate with QA and Consumer Service to ensure internal quality standards.
• Mentor engineering teams on compliance patterns and defensive engineering.
• Ensure high standards in code quality, processes, automation, and testing.
