Job summary

LEGO Group seeks a Director, Business Lead to head the OLA Commerce & Digital team. You will steer a small team of Business Partners and manage relationships with LEGO Group partners to deliver high-quality creative and commerce experiences globally.

Based in Copenhagen or Boston, you’ll lead multi-market briefs, drive cross-functional collaboration, and shape agency operations while championing the LEGO brand with a focus on commerce and retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant agency leadership experience, either external or in-house, with commerce/retail focus.
• Proven people leadership, nurturing and inclusive approach, with energy and determination.
• Strong business maturity, ability to influence at senior levels and build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Partner team and champion LEGO Group People Promise.
• Oversee multi-market briefs across digital and commerce channels; ensure high-quality work.
• Develop partnerships with LEGO Group stakeholders and external partners; manage budgets and capacity planning.
