ITCC is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to establish and scale its presence in Denmark, collaborating with international engineering teams on complex, project-driven opportunities. You will own the Danish market strategy, nurture client relationships, and work closely with estimation and project teams.

You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and enjoy a high degree of autonomy in a cross-border, technically oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within industrial or technical environments.
• Experience with project-based sales and longer sales cycles.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Structured and self-driven with proactive mindset.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsabilités

• Identify and drive new business opportunities.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Strengthen ITCC’s market position in Denmark.
• Manage sales processes in technical and project-based environments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in pharma, energy and industrial sectors.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams on proposals and delivery.
