Job summary

Ento seeks a Country Manager to own the Danish market and drive growth for our AI-driven energy optimization software. You will collaborate with the co-founder, CCO, and Head of Sales to lead the market, prioritize segments, and shape a scalable commercial strategy while building a local team.

Based in Denmark, you will balance hands-on sales with delivery, partnering with customers to extract first savings and expand to portfolios, while supporting new markets in Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish and professional English, spoken and written.
• Based in Denmark, willing to travel for customer visits.
• Strong knowledge of the building and energy space; technical degree or founder/startup background.
• Experience in technical/B2B sales; ability to communicate complex solutions.
• Entrepreneurial drive; build your own pipeline and own market growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the Danish market: pipeline, revenue, key accounts and GTM priorities.
• Shape the commercial strategy for Denmark: segments, product positioning, playbook evolution.
• Engage new customers via email, phone, meetings, webinars, and conferences.
• Act as a technical consultant; analyze buildings and generate energy savings.
• Own data integrations and customer onboardings with the team.
