Job summary

ITCC is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead Denmark market development, building client relationships and driving new business in a project-driven, technical environment. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate with engineering, estimation and project teams.

The role offers ownership, autonomy, and exposure to international clients, with long sales cycles and opportunities to shape market approach and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within industrial or technical environments.
• Experience with project-based sales and longer sales cycles.
• Understand complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Structured and self-driven.
• Proactive and relationship-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Danish and English (required).

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive new business opportunities.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Strengthen ITCC’s market position in Denmark.
• Manage sales processes in technical and project-based environments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients within pharma, energy and industrial sectors.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams on proposals and delivery.
