Job summary

IMI plc, a global engineering leader, is seeking a Head of Sales Denmark to lead and grow the Danish market. The role focuses on commercial leadership, customer relationships, business development, and team development to strengthen IMI Climate Control's market position.

The position leads approximately eight sales professionals, expands relationships with wholesalers, installers, consultants, and OEMs, and identifies new opportunities within HVAC and hydronic systems. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in technical B2B sales and commercial leadership.
• Track record of driving business growth and developing successful teams.
• Knowledge of HVAC, hydronics, building automation, fluid control technologies, or related industries.
• Experience working with distribution channels, consultants, contractors, installers, and specification-driven sales environments.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Danish commercial strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Develop strong relationships with distributors, installers, consultants, contractors, developers, OEMs, BMS partners, and other stakeholders.
• Expand IMI Climate Control's presence in Commercial Buildings, Residential Buildings, and Data Centers.
• Manage sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
