Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead sales and technical delivery for Denmark, based in Copenhagen or remotely within the country. This in-country role will own the country strategy, build a high‑performing team and drive growth in the Danish market.

You will manage the pipeline, lead top strategic accounts, hire the founding country team, shape events and brand investments, and represent ElevenLabs at external engagements while collaborating with the global BD team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading teams and complex projects.
• Background in consulting and sales.
• Deep expertise deploying technical products to enterprises.
• Hands-on owner mentality and self-starter attitude.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
• Native speaker of the local language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our Country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting and hiring.
• Design the optimal pipeline to reach ambitious sales targets for B2B, leading top strategic accounts.
• Hire the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations.
• Define event priorities and where to invest for brand awareness.
• Represent ElevenLabs in events and media appearances.
• Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities, with the global BD team.
• Ideate, own and drive big bets in the country.
