ElevenLabs seeks a Deployment Strategist Lead to open a new market in Denmark and beyond, building a regional team of forward deployed engineers and partnering with sales and product to translate customer problems into scalable AI voice solutions.

This senior role requires strategic thinking, engagement with C-suite, and the ability to hire and mentor top technical talent while delivering measurable impact for customers across industries.

Qualifications

• Executive-level stakeholder engagement with C-suite and VP-level teams.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic Python knowledge and understanding of API integration for prototyping/demo building.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving, able to simplify complex tech concepts.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand audio/voice AI needs and pain points.
• Build and lead a regional team of forward deployed engineers.
• Identify use cases and work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI solutions.
• Design bespoke integrations ensuring compatibility with customers' products and operations.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying our models.
• Present results and proposals to technical teams and executives.
• Collaborate with Research and Product to feed field insights into our products.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of our technology for new and existing customers.
• Scope opportunities across new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Take ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects with customers.
