ElevenLabs in Denmark seeks a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across the country’s largest enterprises, with a focus on Consumer & Retail. You’ll leverage our AI voice platform to reimagine customer experience, operations, and monetization strategies.

You must be well‑connected in the Danish market, have a proven track record of closing complex SaaS deals with C‑level stakeholders, and translate technology into business value. Copenhagen base preferred for in‑country work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota‑carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or tech.
• Proven success closing deals with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
• Well-connected in the Danish consumer and retail landscape with executive presence.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Denmark.
• Comfort operating in an early‑stage, high‑growth environment.
• Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Denmark, focusing on Consumer & Retail to meet revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' AI capabilities can drive engagement and efficiency for brands.
• Lead consultative, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with business cases for senior executives.
• Develop deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and market trends in Denmark.
• Demonstrate how ElevenLabs' voice technology unlocks value across customer support and virtual agents.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence within Danish consumer and retail sectors.
• Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure onboarding and expansion.
• Educate clients on trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
