Job summary

ElevenLabs in Denmark is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth with Denmark's largest enterprises, focusing on Telecom, Infrastructure and Public Sector. You will leverage ElevenAgents and our AI voice technology to reimagine customer experiences and operations.

Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, lead multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, and translate technology into measurable business value for C-suite and senior buyers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota‑carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
• Experience closing deals with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
• Well-connected in the Danish telecom, infrastructure, and public sector with C-suite networks.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product/engineering leaders.
• Understanding of Danish enterprise/public sector procurement and tender processes.
• Comfort in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
• Passion for AI voice technology.
• Native or full professional proficiency in Danish; strong English for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in Denmark.
• Identify opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI can drive engagement and efficiency.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles with compelling business cases.
• Develop understanding of conversational AI landscape for the Danish market.
• Demonstrate expertise in ElevenLabs' voice technology and platforms.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence in Danish telecom, infrastructure, and public sector.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, FE and Solutions Engineering for onboarding and expansion.
• Advise C‑suite on trends in generative AI and voice interfaces.
