Job summary

ElevenLabs in Denmark is looking for a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for enterprise buyers. This hands-on, in-country role focuses on generating enterprise pipeline and growing our Danish brand with technical buyers.

You will localize ABM, content, events, webinars, partner marketing, and outbound campaigns, collaborate with sales and product marketing, and craft repeatable engines that position ElevenLabs as the top choice for Danish enterprises evaluating

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Deep knowledge of the Danish market and its enterprise buyers.
• Ability to work without much process across multiple marketing functions.
• Relentless commitment to excellence in quality, clarity, and impact.
• Curious about AI and the tech ecosystem, and how marketing can stand out.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Danish priority industries from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
• Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Danish market, feeding local insights back to the global team.
• Partner with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and drive high-impact campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results and continuously improve.
