Mercedes in Crete is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Care Representative to handle inquiries about vehicles, services, and accounts via phone, email, and chat. You will join a premium brand in a vibrant European setting and support customers with a world-class experience.

On-site in Crete, you will participate in paid training, work flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends), and receive relocation support plus health insurance and additional perks.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish language skills for handling inquiries.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries about vehicles, services, and accounts
• Handle interactions via phone, chat, and email professionally and efficiently
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions
• Maintain high standards of service quality and follow internal procedures
• Participate in paid training and onboarding before starting full production
• Work on-site in Crete and adapt to flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Fluent Danish (spoken and written, near-native level preferred)
• Good English skills (B2)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, online tools)
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Flexible and willing to work late shifts or weekends
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Interest in cars, premium brands, or automotive services is a bonus
