Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking professional to represent Miele in Greece. You will help customers with remote troubleshooting, setup questions, and premium support while undergoing fully paid training to become an appliance expert.

Qualifications

• Handle incoming calls and emails from Danish-speaking customers to assist with remote troubleshooting and setup questions.
• Provide premium support by locating spare parts, serial numbers, and coordinating service appointments.
• Balance Customer Care and Technical Support to keep daily work varied.
• Work in a global, English-speaking training environment.
