Job summary

Miele in Greece is seeking Danish-speaking professionals for a customer care and technical support role. You will guide Danish customers, troubleshoot appliances, and participate in a comprehensive, fully paid training program to become a certified appliance expert.

Relocation to Greece is provided with flight tickets, airport pickup, and housing assistance. You’ll join an international team where English is used for training and communications, with a vibrant expat lifestyle and career growth

Qualifications

• Danish native or C1 fluency with English (B2) for training and systems.
• Good general PC skills and curiosity about how gadgets work.
• Open, communicative and friendly personality for busy moments.
• Excited to relocate to Greece and join an expat-friendly lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Be the Problem Solver: handle calls/emails from Danish customers to assist with troubleshooting.
• Provide Premium Support: help locate spare parts, serial numbers, and coordinate service.
• Level Up Your Skills: work across Customer Care and Technical Support lines.
• Connect Globally: train in English and collaborate in an international team.
