Qualifications

• Fluency: C1/(near) native level in Danish.
• English proficiency: B2 level in English for training and internal knowledge base navigation.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable navigating PCs, multitasking across dynamic software, and troubleshooting apps.
• People & Problem Solver: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, helpful vibe.
• Streaming Fan: Active users of major streaming services are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Assist streaming enthusiasts with login hiccups, payments, app navigation, and troubleshooting.
• Answer inquiries about subtitle languages, new content releases, special promos, and exclusive features.
