Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking professional to join our Athens-based, on-site customer support team. You’ll assist content creators with written support via Email and Live Chat, helping with monetization and channel issues.

Expect a fully paid relocation package, work in a vibrant Greek office, and a structured training program. You’ll start by handling 20–25 requests daily and advance to multi-chat support as you grow.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native Danish speaker (C1/C2) with strong written English (C1) for team training and internal tools.
• Good typing speed and comfort with web tools; interest in social media/online video ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% non-voice support to content creators via Email and Live Chat.
• Resolve monetization, channel performance, account recovery, and content-appeal inquiries.
• Manage 20–25 creator requests per day and progress to handling two chats simultaneously as you gain confidence.
