Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support customers on international projects from Greece. This fully remote role in Greece offers 1,300€ gross per month (paid over 14 months) plus a bonus of up to 20% of the salary, depending on project performance.

Relocation and onboarding support are provided. Working schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Danish required.
• B2–C1 level of English, depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and professional, customer-focused support.
