Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support customers on international projects from Greece. This fully remote role is limited to Greece, with remote work within the country and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include customer support via phone, email, and chat; processing orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns; and maintaining CRM records. We offer fully paid training, onboarding, career development, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Danish language at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and professional, customer-focused support.
