Job summary

WW Talents in Greece seeks Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support customers on international projects. Working Location: Greece with remote work available across the country, Monday–Friday schedule.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, assist with orders, payments, deliveries and returns, troubleshoot issues and maintain CRM records. Relocation support includes hotel accommodation, flight, airport pickup and real estate guidance; visa sponsorship is not

Qualifications

• Danish language at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2–C1 level depending on the project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
