WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support international projects from Greece. This fully remote role in Greece offers a structured training program, onboarding, and career development opportunities.

You will handle orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and customer inquiries across multiple projects. Competitive compensation: €1,300 gross per month (paid over 14 months) with a performance-based bonus up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Danish language at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2–C1 level depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
