Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support customers on international projects. The role is remote within Greece with a flexible schedule and the chance to work from sunny Mediterranean surroundings.

You will earn €1,300 gross per month (paid over 14 months) plus a performance bonus of up to 20% of the monthly salary. A relocation package includes 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pickup, flight ticket, and real estate agency fees.

Qualifications

• Danish language proficiency at C1/C2.
• English proficiency B2–C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
