Job summary

WW Talents seeks Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote within Greece, with a monthly gross salary of €1,300 paid over 14 months and a performance bonus of up to 20% of the salary, depending on the project.

You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate CRM records while delivering

Qualifications

• Danish language at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and elevate complex cases when needed.
