WW Talents is recruiting Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote within Greece, with a monthly gross salary of €1,300 paid over 14 months and a performance-based bonus up to 20% of the salary.

Requirements include Danish at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Relocation support is offered, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, or returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
