WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support customers on international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote within Greece, with relocation assistance and structured training. You will work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts and must have legal right to work in Greece.

The position offers €1,300 gross per month (paid over 14 months) plus a performance bonus up to 20% of monthly salary, depending on the project. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Danish.
• B2–C1 level of English.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
