Mercedes-Benz Customer Experts in Crete are seeking Danish-speaking professionals to be the primary contact for customer requests, representing one of the world's most esteemed car brands.

You will handle calls, emails and chats to deliver a seamless customer experience, provide expert car-related advice, and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner. Relocation support is provided along with accommodation and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Danish language fluency is required.
• Very good English skills (written and spoken).
• A passion for cars is a plus.
• At least 6 months of work experience in customer support is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
