Job summary

EG A/S is seeking a support consultant to join our Ikast team in Denmark. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling cases via phone and written communication, driving issues forward, and building trust with cemeteries, crematoria, funeral homes and deaneries.

You’ll work with a small, experienced support team, primarily from the Ikast office, collaborating with development and sales. The role emphasizes problem prevention, knowledge sharing, and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle 1st- and 2nd-level support via phone and written communication.
• Manage cases and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Visit customers and consultants to build trust and resolve issues.
• Conduct training sessions, internal and external.
• Test applications and collaborate with the development team.
• Document processes and share knowledge with the team.
