• Communicate with clients via online platforms such as chat and email to provide prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to effectively assist clients with their needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a seamless online experience for clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns or questions they may have.
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the client experience and internal processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or support role.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a strong command of the English language; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think on your feet in order to find solutions for clients’ issues.
• Comfortable using various online platforms and tools with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, as our clients are located in different time zones.

Salary
